Located in Estreito do Calheta, just 5 minutes away from one of the best sandy beaches of Madeira - "Praia da Calheta", the villa offers both tranquility and accessibility- the lovely Calheta harbor is within easy reach, with a good selection of waterfront restaurants and cafes.

Covering 177 m², the villa has 4 bedrooms, including the honeymoon suite, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, a sun terrace with a jacuzzi and tropical garden, where you can soak in and enjoy the wonderful sea-views. The aximum capacity is 10 people.

The airport is 50 km away, an approximate 50 minute drive. The area of ​​​​Estreito da Calheta is typical Portuguese, very quiet and rural, with a small stream 50m away from the villa.
